How do I file a warranty claim?▾
Open the item in ProofOF to see the receipt photo, serial number, and purchase date together — the details most claims ask for. Show or copy them when you contact the retailer or manufacturer.
How do I delete my account and data?▾
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. If you can't open the app, use the account deletion page to sign in and permanently delete your account, receipts, and uploaded photos.
Is my receipt photo private and encrypted?▾
Yes. Your data stays on your device, and when you sign in to sync, receipt photos and details are end-to-end encrypted before they leave the device. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
